Hotel room was clean and ready on time. Lakisha at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Hotel room was pretty small. Room had more entry way than room it seemed. Overnight clerk wasn't the friendlyist. Valet staff reaked of weed and only a couple acted professional.

In a really pretty historic building, staff was great and very helpful, and I had no issues with check in or out. My room was clean and well maintained. Free Breakfast was also a great perk.

Due to the fact that it’s in an old building you can hear everything and all night people were coming and going, slamming doors, etc. The general area outside of the hotel is currently under construction making the area challenging to navigate. Additionally there was so much activity around the hotel making it loud and a bit unsafe for a single female traveler.

Location is good if you don't mind big city issues like homeless and street work. I LOVED the building and our room was spotless. Henry, the fellow who checked us in, was quite personable.

The breakfast wasn't great. Hot foods were lukewarm, at best, there was no butter for toast or waffles.

Good breakfast. Good laundry room. Good first floor resting area.

Not me. But they charge parking car $45/night.

Durante nuestra estadía en este hotel, mientras acompañaba a mi hijo al Mundial de Robótica, la experiencia fue muy decepcionante. En ningún momento limpiaron nuestra habitación: no hicieron las camas, no limpiaron el baño ni retiraron la basura. Nos indicaron que debíamos solicitar el servicio de limpieza, lo cual hicimos en tres ocasiones distintas, pero aun así nunca se cumplió. La excusa constante fue la falta de personal, lo cual no justifica la falta de atención básica. En el desayuno, la situación tampoco fue mejor. Frecuentemente se terminaban productos básicos como la leche y tardaban mucho en reponerlos. Además, las mesas del lobby permanecían sucias, dando una imagen descuidada. Por último, los ascensores son antiguos y poco confiables, lo que suma a una experiencia general bastante negativa. Esperábamos un nivel de servicio acorde al evento internacional al que asistíamos, pero lamentablemente no fue así. La tarifa alta para lo que en realidad ofrecieron.
