Parking

The lady at the front desk was extremely nice & helpful! So was the security officer. She opened the door for me all times going in and out.

We had a handicap accessible room. It was very alarming to see the bench in the shower was unattached to the wall screws on the shower floor. Not safe at all . We called front desk and they sent someone up to fix it, he left and said it was fixed . When we looked at it, it was not fixed and he left the shavings from trying to fix it . Along with leaving the anchor pieces on the shelf in the shower. The lady associate at the breakfast time was rude & seemed like she had an attitude.

Location

The faucet in the shower would not move without huge effort— weird. It was like it was stuck…and then the water was only warm—not hot. After traveling and not having a hot shower that was a major letdown. After shoving it all the way to the furthered point possible, it was still just warm. So disappointing. I wanted another hot shower the morning of my overnight train ride and didn’t have it. Anything else I can deal with—but not having a hot shower is a problem.

It was nice and clean

I requested early in check in when I booked on may 30th and the hotel approved the request but then come the day of they said the could not accommodate and I repeatedly said it was approved and the front desk manager was not nice about it repeatedly telling me that was not gonna happen. And they don't approve those request until the day of and I said I had email confirmation that this hotel approved our early check in but they refused.

Cool building in nice location. Newer rooms and were clean. Staff was very friendly even to us Cub fans. lol

Location was awesome!!

No parking, we had our 9 year old grandson with us and they did not have the pull out bed made up or bedding ready for us we had to call and ask for it then we had to go to the desk and retrieve it and make it up ourselves !

Took over an hour standing in line waiting to get checked peoples rooms not ready. Not enough help.

The room was NICE. Thank you for a very nice room. Hilton did a great job with the old Shell building. The staff downstairs were so good and nice. Again thank you!

Housekeeping was not there for the one day I needed them. I stayed for three nights. I needed house keeping on the day of the third night. I did have a "no Housekeeping" sign during the second day, but took it off the third day. Valet parking had only one person trying to keep up with all the vehicle demands at times. Wait time for my vehicle sometimes exceeded 15 minutes on some days. The free breakfast was good, but on the third day the eggs were taken out (they were almost gone) and nothing was said and we waited for around 10-15 minutes. It would have been nice if the staff who took it gave us a heads up.

Loved how clean the property was, how friendly the staff was!

The parking situation, sometimes easy sometimes not but manageable overall.
