It is a newer property. The bed was very comfortable. The amenities were good.

On the surface, the room was clean. However, it was not well dusted. Rooms/TVs should have a channel guide. The breakfast was not enjoyable. Bread, muffins and sausages were dry. The deposit for incidentals is taken up front. However, it can take days to be retuned to my account. It leaves the onus on me to monitor. No invoice was received after checking out to acknowledge the refund. Not very good customer service.

We stayed for one night and left right after breakfast the following morning. The staff were very accommodating at checkin and checkout. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and even though there were a lot of people checking in, a number of them with dogs which we loved, our room was quiet which was much appreciated. We would stay there again!

The coffee could have been a bit better.

The gentleman behind the counter couldn't be more accommodating. A true gentleman.
