The hotel is very ice and clean. The staffs were very friendly and enthusiastic in their assistance, and the breakfast was also good. The only issue we encountered was that the bathroom door was somewhat difficult to close because it was so heavy. We enjoyed a truly comfortable two-night stay here.

Booking from the beginning was super easy. Was happy I didn't have to pay in advance and the hotel was super close to the event that I was going to. Rooms were huge and great. I did like the kitchen, conjoining rooms and the shower essentials. They had a good smell. The room was nice an cold and had a comfy bed. Lots of space to move around. Would definitely book again if in the same area.

Two things I didn't like was the parking and some staff. The parking lot was over crowded on a night we came back late. What was the point of parking if I was going to get a space. The alternative to park on the fire lane was ridiculous because someone could easily drive around the corner an hit your car. Or even someone backing out. I eventually did find a regular spot but I do not think the fire line for parking was a great idea. The other thing that made me unhappy was the cleaning crew. Don't get me wrong the hotel staff was great overall but the day of check out was a headache. Twice the cleaning staff came to our room while we were still there and it wasn't even time for check out. The first staff member it was ok because they knocked and we let them know were still in there. I called to front desk to confirm check out time and to let them know we were still in the room. They relayed the message to the cleaning staff. But about an hour later as I was getting ready in the bathroom the cleaning staff just opened the door. Did not knock or anything. I was in the middle of getting dressed an saw the cleaning member through the mirror. I was shocked and would have been super embarrassed if I wasn't completely dressed. I called down to the front and explained what happened. They apologized sincerely. They only offered to refund my two days of parking an to talk with that staff member. I was able to get late check out at least.
