Great location. Friendly, helpful staff, nice room, clean, comfortable bed, nice shower.

We had top floor overlooking the ocean. It was a stunning view. Great location - within walking/biking distance to restaurants and boardwalk. The tiki bar attached to hotel was wonderful and food was really good. Staff were helpful and kind.

The renovations and additions were still in progress; but definitely not fault of the property. Can't wait to stay again when the new pool and beach front walkway to the other building and tiki bar are completed.

The location was perfect and the front desk staff was friendly.

I was disappointed with the housekeeping services during our stay. I specifically requested a thorough cleaning of our room, but the staff only made the bed, emptied the trash, and replaced the towels. The bathroom and floors were left untouched, which was not acceptable. Unfortunately, I was unable to have them return for additional cleaning since they had already left by the time we returned to our room. I hope this feedback can help improve future services. The staff at the Tiki bar was not friendly at all. They acted as if we were bothering them when we asked questions.

Close to the beach and other amenities.

The hotel is going through renovations but that’s not the problem. The problem is the renovation work is horribly done and incomplete. Too many things to list about the room and hotel areas but for example in our room there were broken tiles and missing grout in the bathroom. A new paint job throughout the room that wasn’t finished in several areas, old dressers with drawers that didn’t work or were broken. Light bulbs that were burnt out or just not working. There were several other things but I’m out of room on here.
