Amazing location with easy access to popular attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff provided excellent customer service, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. "Wonderful and relaxing spa hotel"

We had a really wonderful and relaxing stay here. The spa was definitely a special experience and a highlight here at this hotel. The rooftop has a panoramic view of Gion district and the mountains. They offer free drink to hotel guest in the afternoon so it’s nice to enjoy the drink after a long day. The staff here are super friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable for an inner city hotel. Very convenient for almost everything you might want to do during a short stay in Kyoto. The rooftop bar is beautifully located and the onsen are well worth using after a long day of walking.
