The location was good

After a long drive all I wanted to do was use the bathroom and freshen up, to get into the bathroom to find blood in the toilet and something dark coloured on the toilet seat 😭 the entire place was a disappointment. I don't know where to start - eye lash on top of the shower - paper in shower drain - plastic bowels 😐 - dirty dish cloths😐 - dirty tea towel - 1 bath towel looked used and hung back up - when Turing on the shower water sprayed everywhere😐 - cups/glasses and dishes dirty😐 - carpet stained and not vacuumed - no bed protectors on beds - expired yoghurt in the fridge For $144 for the night it wasn't worth it. The receptionist called me 3 times and wanted to leave my key in the door even though arrival time was 7pm and online reception close time was 9pm, had to organise a friend to pick up my key as they wanted to close early. Only good thing was the location this place has the potential to be something great. Such a disappointment and not worth my money. If it would let me add more photos I would!

Spacious, well equipped rooms. Great location, everything you need in walking distance. Staff are incredibly helpful!

The location was perfect because it was a block from our family event. They were also welcoming to our little Guide Dog.

When we checked in the twin rooms was not prepared. Spare clean towels were not provided. Used soap in shower cubicle was not disposed of from previous guest. Hot water was lukewarm in shower (not hot at all, did not turn on cold tap). The heater was not efficient to warm up both separate rooms. Missing duvet/quilt/doona on all beds. Room external doors cannot be locked properly from inside the rooms. Had to request from reception all the above each time. Language was a problem to communicate with the guy at reception on night duty.

Close to shops

Booked something n got something else and no coach to sit and the door handles was dirty or with blood.

Good location for an over night stay, heading to the snow. Owner stayed up to give us keys for the room, this was great!
