Seriously spacious rooms - very large kitchenette, bedroom/dining and bathroom plus bench space and dining table. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

The motel was comfortable, entirely meeting my needs. I felt secure as a lone female traveller. I would like to thank the staff who were so accommodating during a very difficult time for me as l was there to support my elderly mum during her final days. Their ability to extend my stay, ensure l had everything l needed, was much appreciated. Lovely staff and very good, moderately priced accommodation within walking distance of food venues and a short trip to Shepparton , hospital, shopping etc.

The reason l was there, which was outside the owners control!

Convenient location.

In desperate need to a refurbishment. Carpet is disgusting, couldn't and didnt want to walk around without shoes on. Ceiling needs to be repainted. Furnishings are old and very very worn. Shower head and taps in the bathroom leaked. Fan in bathroom didnt work at all. Unsure about the aircon as we didnt use it. Pillows basically nothing lucky we had our own. Beds were clean and comfortable.

The management were happy to let us check in early due to an engagement in Mooroopna. The Motel accomodation was clean and comfortable, all we were looking for at a reasonable price.
