Google maps stopped in front of another hotel so tried contacting treebo customer care but it was an IVR call and no one replied back somehow we reached hotel on busy street, no one came to help park the car so I had to park myself inside a tight parking spot , receptionist helped taking out luggage to the room and when he opened the room door I was totally disappointed looking at the room it was a very small room . Poor room lighting, no place to unzip our luggage there was one small almira when I opened it had 4 additional pillows stuffed (don't know why) , took AC remote to turn on AC but batteries were dead so got them replaced , no carpet flooring to be seen. Very small bathroom and no door separating bath cubicle and toilet so bathed water enters the toilet area no mats were found ,had to call and get them. As evening started mosquitoes started appearing tried to turn on repellent it wasn't working so got it replaced, somehow we slept on not no neat mattress and pillows . We reached restaurant for complimentary breakfast and we were served with worst food that too after long wait time.We some how managed two days and settled the final bill and receptionist didn't even bother to know about the feedback. We paid a total of 13290 for 2 nights which was not at all worth it. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is good with cozy room and light ,railway station is near to the hotel , Food is limited service was ok

I had gone to Promenade Beach suggested by manager enjoyed the stay and food ,liked the over all ambience of the hotel.

Looks big in picture but room size is small but clean and neat
