Comfortable & clean. Good location.

Staff don’t seem to care about customers experience, very average service. Rooms are very small (unlike the pictures) and missed amenities like AC remote, openable windows, soundproofing, blackout curtains, toilet paper. Also the restaurant attached is not too great- the breakfast isn’t worth it.

While booking we selected large bed for 2 adults and 1 children and paid extra for that but the hotel staff rejected to give the room with large bed. Infront of the bathroom there was a dirty towel placed to wipe feet and till the last day of our stay it remained there. This was the first hotel where breakfast was included but limited only to 2 plate, for three of us they told you will get only 2 plate of breakfast. Wherever I booked a hotel with breakfast included all of the other hotels served unlimited buffet but this hotel seems to be created their own rules. Very bad and cheap policy and the main thing is no where they mention it when someone books the hotel from any online app. With breakfast all guests are entitled for complementary tea or coffee but they serve it only if someone ask for it. The restaurant cashier of the hotel was very rude.

Located near to the railway station. Walkable distance to white town and beach.

Breakfast was good and location was as well.

Room was small. Comforter was torn and over bed gave a yellowish vibe. Tv did not work because of no internet. As soon as I entered the room it felt suffocating because only window in the room opened towards small duct.

Good staff and helpful. Complementary breakfast is too good.
