Steelhead Lodge

The setting is gorgeous, quiet and peaceful. The room was immaculate. The bed devine. Tara, the manager was very helpful and kind. There is a full kitchen for guests to use. Lots of condiments. Pots, pans, dishes - everything. Plus snacks and coffee. It too was immaculate. We sat at the gazebo facing the Salmon River to eat our breakfast. Wonderful.

Beautiful setting easy check in

This was our 2nd time staying here and it was outstanding both times! The rooms are beautiful, everything is spotless, the bedding, pillows and mattress are extremely comfortable. The property is peaceful and each room has a lovely view of the river. We would highly recommend to anyone!

Did not like that we couldn’t lock the patio/balcony door to room.

This lodge is a gem. Just miles from Riggins, it offered a really quiet location where you got to feel away from the crowd but close enough to go grab dinner or drinks if you wanted to. The room was super cute, and very clean, with decor that was very on brand for the location (fish, fish hook pillows etc). There is a kitchen that is super clean and snacks that my friends and I took advantage of. Books were left by other visitors in case you forgot yours, which I did. We played horseshoes and built a fire (they offer free firewood!) by the river, which was sooo relaxing. Can’t recommend this place enough, we will definitely return. Also - the staff was incredible friendly!

Was satisfied with the stay. Owners are very friendly. Location is off the highway and right next to the river. They have a pavilion and bbq with gas and charcoal. They have chairs and stocked fire pits outside. Trails leading to the river. Very beautiful nights because the stars are bright and sound of the river is relaxing. I enjoyed my time there

Very nice beautiful property

The owners were so incredibly accommodating. I am already planning another trip. My daughter in-law is an avid fisherman and is also planning on booking trips during the fishing tournament (WWB)
