Front desk and room service manager is excellent

Staff need to be improve. Did great good morning also. Quit poor during morning break fast. Ask for coffee, 1 of the guy with Black T-Shirt pointed its over there. But I saw him taking for another guest. Only 1 guy in the evening looks like Chinese, he quite friendly and nice. He mentioned me on the available menu. Prefer last year staffs and the quality of services.

The food was good especially Biriyani. Staffs were well behaved.

Room & bathroom cleanliness. The pillow cover and bedsheet had stains. Table drawers had damages. Bathroom shower tap was rusty. Bathroom was not well cleaned, there was dusty patches on the floor. The soap provided had tiny hair strands in it.
