"Ok but next time would choose the hostel down the road for the cost of what we had."

The hotel is located in downtown town Arenal, easy to walk into town.

The room was quite small for 3 people. Very box like. It only has a microwave for cooking and a small fridge. It was quite dark and overlooks the parking lot and other houses.

"Cuidado que es una estafa"

Mi valoración está basada en que la propietaria nos hizo cargo de la habitación por triplicado y a pesar de reclamar por varias vías, no hemos recibido respuesta. Me parece terrible que si cometió un error no lo haya subsanado. Cuidado si vais por allí cuando os diga que el datáfono no funciona, porque es un engaño.

Que Bianca, la propietaria nos engañó para hacernos el cargo de la habitación por triplicado, ya que no funcionaba el datáfono por lo que intentamos pasar la tarjeta varias veces. Nosotros confiamos en la buena fe de esta señora y a día de hoy, casi dos meses después, no ha solucionado su error.
