Stunning 2 bed apartment, in the heart of Exeter!

AVOID staying in this apartment, it is unclean and the host is unprofessional. During our stay here recently when going to bed we found the bedding to be unclean and clearly not washed from the previous guest. I took over a dozen photos of hairs in the bed, long and short which was disgusting to find. I had to wash and dry the bedding before being able to go to bed! Host stated he had inspected the property himself, he clearly has very low standards. In addition, the property smelt unpleasant and I had to purchase air freshener which I used constantly. The host offered £20 for the inconvenience, based on a £350 stay which was unclean,was insulting.

Excellent location, right in the middle of the city centre

Beds are too small, making it uncomfortable. The smaller room did not have a fan making it even more stuffy.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and bedroom are both spacious, and the bedroom being on the first floor is really convenient. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Exeter, with easy access to the town center and shops. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Exeter!

Neighborhood was very noisy. Missing parking place is big drawback. For two days I have to cough up £40 for parking.

The property is exactly as it in the picture. Beautiful and well equipped. If you like a bougie stay I recommend this property.
