The minute we got there, Miguel was very welcoming. Check in was fast and informative. The room was amazing with a king sized bed, clean linens, very clean bathroom with everything one needs. Coffee maker with cream and sugar, and lo and behold,,,,,there really was a complementary bottle of red wine. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! Would I recommend? Positively! Parking costs extra, but it is right next to the hotel, so convenient. Loved it.

Front desk and all staff very friendly and helpful. the hotel is very clean. the room was comfortable.

Great hotel in a part of Brooklyn without many other options. Parking is easy too.

We stayed 3 nights. 2 of the 3 nights were fiine, however the last night they had a big employee Christmas party downstairs right under our room. Loud music, dancing and loud talking until after midnight. We couldn’t get yo sleep. As paying customers I found it rude and not accommodating to us.

When I checked in the room has no heat and when I checked out. I one is able to give m receipt. No room service at all
