Local and staff is nice

I like this hotel a great deal because it's convenient to public transportation or easy to park if you drive into Brooklyn. It's right on the edge of Williamsburg, walking distance to the waterfront, which means you're close to a lot of hip restaurants and shops if you don't mind a bit of a walk. The staff is super friendly, the beds are comfy, the rooms are large by NYC standards, and everything is clean. The only reason I didn't rate the property higher is because I was charged a resort fee, yet while I was there, the bar and restaurant weren't in service due to renovations, and the hotel elevator didn't work. I realize this was probably just bad timing. Otherwise, it's a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it. I'm sure these issues will be fixed in the future, but you might want ot call if those things are important to you. Oh, and if you feel nervous about street parking, there is a convenient lot behind the hotel.

There was alot of things that didn't work....alot the lights, lamps and outlets. Also the elevators didn't work....Room is super small for the price. Also the hotel area isn't convenient at all....its so far from everything. & the window view was not appealing. Its a very dirty area /location for such a decent hotel to be located. Hotel was decent if they fix all the issues. But its not a great hotel. I will not be staying here again.

What a beautiful hotel! It’s cool, hip, new and comfortable. I wish I’d spent more time here. Maintenance had some minor issues (as expected with new places) the handle to the bathroom was completely loose and the ceiling in the bathroom was abruptly spackled over after an apparent leak with no taping or sanding. I’d book this place again in a NY minute (see what I did there:) and will likely be there again in a week.

Great location if you are visiting Williamsburg. Nice staff, very clean and amazingly quiet even on the first few floors (really could not hear street noise).

Only thing to say is amazing people, everyone of them.

Everything was great except the hotel cafe and bar wasn't open just yet. Worked out great for work office though. Really liked the area and loved the local coffee shop Nyla..

Hotel/Room was clean and well kept. Staff were very nice. Walking distance to public transportation and lots of food options.
