"Great Hotel"

Always stay here when I come to nyc. The hotel is not too far from anything ( depending on traffic ). Lots of food places nearby at walking distance . The hotel is super nice inside and the front desk was very friendly. I slept very well. I highly recommend this hotel

If the word “meh” was a hotel. Not convenient to anything, no restaurants or bars close, rooms just ok, front desk didn’t understand when I told them our AC wasn’t working. No mention of VIP or upgrade at check in. It was mediocre at best.

I don’t know what the beef is with this property. This hotel is an exceptional value. Slippers robes free bottle of wine in room. I haven’t had the breakfast yet but I get free breakfast from the Black Bird restaurant. Oh and free parking for guests. I mean when is the last time a hotel in the city gave you free parking?? Book it. You won’t regret it. (PS Maybe the people who post bad reviews just aren’t used to staying in a big city)
