Phenomenal value for Williamsburg. Best deal there is

I called the front desk because I couldn't figure out the coffee maker, the attendant was frustrated, said he'd send an engineer and hung up on me. I called back, he yelled, "I didn't hang up on you" and then hung up again. The restaurant service is very slow. The rooms are nice and well styled. Its close to the subway but you do not hear the trains. There are a tin of great shopping and restaurants within a few bolocks -- walkable.

Great location and parking on premises.

Nice hotel. We had to stay after our flight was cancelled. I did not like that they charge a destination fee of $26… it’s only a destination because you arrive there. We did appreciate all of the modern, upgraded features (door bell, electronic do not disturb). I would go back just to sleep in the bed; it was amazingly comfortable. I loved the landline phone on the wall.

Wonderful stay!

Great room, very clean, but there wasn’t enough space to keep our luggage for three people. Otherwise, I had a lovely stay. they even provided a welcome wine bottle, which is very thoughtful.

Really nice rooms in a nice part of South Williamsburg. Concierge was super friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is spotless.
