A clean, modern room with lots of amenities. Friendly staff. Hotel is on the edge of a more gritty area (Broadway) but if you head north there's a super cute area. Room was not very quiet- it's a great idea to use ear plugs.

The hotel is very comfortable and has a lot of perks that makes you feel special. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent, so was the breakfast the following day.

The room was large for a boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and professional. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the daily housekeeping. Great value for a NYC hotel.

Everything was fine except they had some kind of misunderstanding at the front desk and it seems they asigned my room to another couple and they were trying to get into my room around midnight which scared me and actualizacion couldnt sleep the rest of the night.
