Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID (passport or driving license) and front of card used to book within 72 hours of booking, otherwise the booking will be canceled. Check in will not be permitted unless these documents have been provided. For last minute bookings or those booking made within 72 hours of check-in, photo ID/front of card must be sent by noon on the day of arrival. This can be sent via booking.com, our guest management system DUVE or by email/WhatsApp. The minimum guest age is 25 years old. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult who is 25 years or above. Only the booked number of guests are permitted to use the property. Any additional guests will be charged for and may result in the loss of security deposit. No parties/loud music or anti social behavior allowed. Late check out/early check in can be requested at a charge of £20 per hour. This is granted at the discretion of the property and subject to availability.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"great place to stay clean and well managed property I would stay again"

Great location close everything in Dundee city centre

The property is located down a blind alleyway. which wasnt very clean or welcoming

"Very good!"

One of the heaters wasn't working, and we weren't made aware of it. However we were able to use the hallway heater to maintain a good temperature in the living room. The flat's main door lock wasn't working, but this was fixed very quickly even though it was a weekend and a public holiday.

"Great apartrment only let down by approach to front entrance"

Great modern accommodation with large rooms and large comfortable beds. Everything needed for cooking and eating in or handy enough for city centre. Large bathroom with bath/shower.

Great accommodation only let down by approach to front door. Litter strewn at start of the lane next to an industrial refuse bin. For some unknown reason TV reception was patchy on our first night. The TV kept freezing frame but was fine by midday on the 2nd day.

The location was perfect. Central to everything we needed. Parking near by at Olympia was very reasonable.

Mold behind the shower faucet and the bed was sideways in the room and went wall to wall. Meaning one of us had to climb over the other to get in and out.

Lovely modern apartment in a great location

The bedroom stools are too small they need to be higher so when you sit on them you can see in the dressing table mirrors. Also the bedroom that doesn’t have mirrored wardrobes would benefit from a large wall mirror.
