Obviously not set up to be on Booking. They make you go to their own private payment page, they don’t take Amex, and they take an extra deposit. They also make you send copies of documents to prove your id and stuff like that - not supposed to be part of the Booking experience. It’s fine but just a load of additional admin.

Cleanliness, spacious and very well equipped.

No view from windows, we had difficulty finding key to property never having used a key box before. Sean from Casa Fresa was very helpful. Emailed instructions for future guests might be helpful. otherwise nothing negative to say.

Very stylish, spacious property ... everything was in immaculate condition and very clean. Beautiful bathroom ... plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. Very well appointed kitchen with lots of storage space .... and everything worked ;-) Excellent location.

No complaints ... a washing up sponge and some tea towels might have come in handy as didn't want to use the dishwasher for just a couple of items. Finding the property and parking was tricky but got there in the end with help over the telephone.

DOORS ARE V HEAVY IN THE APPARTMENT

Excellent location close to the city centre, close to the bus station and rail station on foot. At present the entrance in Candle Lane is a little sinister, but this will change when the lane is reopened to pedestrians when the nearby apartment blocks are completed. Beds large and comfortable. Bathroom spacious and comfortable with loads of hot water Beautiful light large main room with kitchen. Dishwasher, washing machine and both conventional and microwave ovens. Thanks for the welcome bottle of bubbly!

Very little - a few more cooking pots and utensils would be useful, also properly sharpened knives. More dishwasher and coffee tablets would also be appreciated.
