Casa Fresa - Seamen's Chapel

The place looked exactly like the photos—stylishly furnished and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

There was no baby crib available, even though it was listed as an option at the time of booking—something the agency seemed unaware of. Before leaving, while making the beds, we discovered a live white worm, which was quite disturbing, especially since one of my children had been sleeping there.

Location is central to all amenities and attractions. Spacious for a family of 4 and very clean. And Sean from Casa Fresa was very professional in dealing with any questions. Recommend

Be aware if your car doesnt comply with LEZ as the property is inside, however parking is cheap and close by.

No idea as we didn’t manage to spend any time in it due to no heating we were moved to another apartment

Lovely modern apartment very central. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. Clean and tidy

The beds were not set up as requested although Casa did come and sort this fairly quickly. We had no hot water for showers on Sunday. One of us had a shower but when second person tried the water was cold. We contacted Casa re this and they advised they’d get back to us but we heard nothing

Ideal for weekend away

Delighted with flat! Very clean and spacious. Location was great for access to all amenities however area will feel better once newly built flats are sold and other developments completed - will be a more trendy area.

No hot water for last 2 days which was unfortunate. We were out and about most of the time and didn’t realise water would still be cold when we returned on Monday night. Contacted agents who offered to send someone out the following morning however we were leaving that day. Would have helped if hot water instructions were located in welcome book but think boiler was in locked cupboard in hall. Agents offered us early access and late checkout for our next stay with them 👍
