Shangri-La Springs

Our stay was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. The garden is wonderful! Check in was great! Alex was so personable and knowledgeable. She told us so much about this interesting place. We will recommend to anyone coming this way.

I wouldn’t stay here again as the vibe as a guest is definitely not as described. The stay was the only thing that was disappointing on our trip

Spent a lovely 3 nights here. Very clean. Unfortunately we didn’t have a breakfast option available when booking via l Expedia. Please be aware that there is NO WIFI and as hanging space for your clothes only 5 hangers in your room. No room for your clothes, so we were living out of our suitcase. Cleaning wasn’t done during our stay nor change of towels. If you did want this service then you have to ask at reception. Other than that, the place was clean and the bed was comfy.

We ended up here after vacating a property that we had booked and was unliveable. We were upset and felt like our trip was in a major disruption. Shangri-La was the savior to our vacation. It only took 5 minutes at Shangri-La to forget about our awful experience. The staff was so friendly and inviting. The room was clean and so comforting. The hotel grounds are stunning and serene. It was like stepping into a magical far away land. The history of the hotel and the springs makes you feel connected to the land. The trees, flowers, lizards, statue's, and water brought us into a space of peace. I cannot say enough about Shangri-La. I am actually so greatful we went through our negative experience because it brought us here and we got to have this experience and now have these memories forever. I highly recommend Shangri-La. I have heard that internet is an issue here, but we didn't miss it. We spent our time enjoying each other and the beautiful property. Also, don't forget to buy a spa robe. They are pure luxury. Thank you too everyone at Shangri-La for making our vacation unforgettable. Also, thank you to all the grounds people to keep that place looking so magical.

The only issue was wifi, you need to hook your computer up via ethernet. Except that it was a wonderful stay

Shangri-La Springs was amazing. It is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The Suite in which we stayed was wonderful. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family who might want to come that way.

I did not like that internet service was not provided on the property and that irons and ironing boards were not provided. Additionally, the. Pool was not operational at the height of the season. The restaurant’s menus was limited and the cost was unreasonable. Without these simple amenities the cost per night was excessive for the value.

We had a 2 night stay at this beautiful place. The outsiee space is beautiful and the location is convenient to downtown. However, both nights were very loud. The first night was a wedding reception and the second night I could hear the next door room guests were up all night.
