Cute, clean and comfortable.

Shangri-La Springs is a gorgeous and peaceful property, and the staff was so kind and accommodating.

Unique and beautiful place but did not give or have additional towels, soaps, ran out of toilet a power and tissues, had to beg for coffee pods, shampoo empty-why so cheap?

Great Hotel and Staff. Shocking there is no WiFi.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Great weekend getaway. Lots of places to eat in town.

We had a very nice stay overnight at the charming Shangri La. We arrived late afternoon and checked out the next morning. The bed was comfortable and shower was great. Towels were good, just wish there was a place to hang them and clothing near the shower stall door while showering. The patio was a nice surprise and coming from a colder climate it was nice to sit there in January. The only real downside was that we heard lots of noise any time other guests rolled their bags down the sidewalk outside our room door and the fact they don’t have WiFi due to being in a Blue Zone. It is my fault for not reading the listing thoroughly enough to know they don’t have internet, but we were on our way to a conference and both needed to work a little and couldn’t easily do so. Internet on our ATT phones was very spotty throughout the whole Bonita Springs area. Overall I would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our first time stay here in the amazing brunch afterwards. Unfortunately we checked into the room late at night after the Immokalee car show so we had limited time at the property, but we will be back next year for sure with our friends, also doing the car show. When we arrived late in the evening, the property was lit up, beautiful with lights and we enjoyed walking around the property at night. It was absolutely enchanting. To see the property during the day was absolutely amazing with the beautiful gardens and the wonderful wood deck to have brunch absolutely Stunning Property. We look forward to coming back and enjoying the spa next time.

Nice scenic surrounding around the building. Mattresses were great. Very old building, but redone well. I rented the small 2BR suite (493sq ft). The main BR was small. We checked in just after 10PM, and the front desk guy didn't know where our second BR was. Took time to get it figured out. Main defect is there is NO WiFi (Expedia is incorrect). Apparently, there is wired internet, but we found that out late in our stay, did not use it.
