Service terrible food average extremely noisy, extremely outdated poorly maintained

Issues with the shower on the first night and the sink drainage was bad also had a hard time opening the door with key card. Second day we had issue with the key card again and even when we have closed the door, the door was able to open without a key card. Staff were friendly and tried to rectify issues where they could. They offered to shift us to another room but shared that the issue with the shower pressure would be the same. The positive was that staff were friendly and it is located right at Wailoaloa beach where you could have nice sunset views.

Stayed two days in their ocean view suite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very inviting.

Very accessible, can use their van to service where you want to go. One thing i didnt like was the Tv monitors weren't safe as some guest can easily cast whatever they want on someone elses Tv screen. Horrible experience when *orn vid played on the screen in the middle of the night. Other than that, place was great, restaurant serves tasty and amazing food, chef Mohammed made sure that guest are satisfied, kudos to that. Shuttle service driver was nice too, and suggest places to visit and comes on time.

The staff was amazing! I was solo traveling and it was my birthday on one of the days. After finding out it was my birthday, they gave me a surprise for my birthday, which was super thoughtful!

Staff were 10 out of 10. Rooms were very poor, water in bathroom barely worked (especially the toilets. TV didnt work, bed wasn’t good. Only good thing about the room was the aircon.

My first room had a cracked window and no hot water in the shower. I was moved to another room, where the peep hole was broken and paper stuffed in the hole.

Overall good stay, the hotel was in a nice beachfront location. It had a nice vibe in the hotel and lively atmosphere. There was a nice cafe, massage and also a convenience store nearby. The rooms however were very outdated and not cleaned well at all, so needs a lot of work. Had a pool but the location of the pool is a bit strange as it is in between the restaurant and seating area.

Terrible room was dirty, we booked our stay a month before. They didn’t change the beddings from previous clients. Pull out the sheets dirt, hair stain yuck. No towels were available until the evening. Won’t recommend this place to anyone.
