Treebo Krishna Regency ISBT Bus Stop

The location is hard to find using Google maps.The address is not correct. No phone number is available to reach out to front desk. Space is very less....staff is not helpful ...

I got Sick during my stay & wanted some medicines. The staff was kind enough to get me the medicines i asked for.

There were many things. 1. The hotel has pics of Bathroom Amenities on their Website, but physically nothing was present. On asking for it, we were handed a pouch of Shampoo and a peasant little soap. 2. Towels & Bed linen were stained. 3. Room TV had no Dish Connection. 4. There were Cockroches in the room. 5. Inroom Tea Coffee facility was provided but there was no Coffee Creamer. We had to ask for the Creamer but it took a while. 6. Room Service was available as on their website but when we placed an order, we were informed to order food from Zomato as their Chef was on leave that day and no one was available to replace him. 7. Breakfast was included in our Room Tariff but to our surprise, the food that was served on our 1st day was Tasteless Idli Sambhar & Alu Paratha. The 2nd day we were served Bland Poha & Poori Aloo (Extra Spicy). There were No Eggs / Choice of Cereals / Bread etc. as shown on the Website & displayed in the rooms. 8. We had initially booked for 2 nights through Booking.Com & had to extend for 1 more night owing to the nature of our business. Upon Checkout, we received a shock when we were informed that the 3rd Night charges levied by the hotel were almost double the online price. I strongly believe that this information should have been conveyed upfront while the reservation was being extended. 9. In our 3 days stay, our room was not cleaned, bed linen was not changed & Towels were not replaced by the H/K staff. 10. The A/C was not serviced because even after setting the Temp. at 22, the room felt like 26. Probably, the A/C filters were not cleaned. 11. We had taken an Auto from the Station coming to the Hotel. Tired after a long journey, we were in our room after Checkin when we got a call from the Reception asking me to come down. He insisted on it. When i came down, i was told that the Auto driver was asking for a Commission from the Hotel for bringing Customers. He asked me what to...
