The hotel was overbooked as we reached, even though we had a confirmed booking. Once we reached, they told us that our room was given to someone else and they could give us a non-A/C room, which was a downgrade from what we paid. This was extremely inconvenient. If they would have told us this before, we could have made better arrangements for ourselves since we were travelling with a child and older parents. People at the reception were rude and not cooperative. Since reception people are supposed to be the most friendly and the face of a hotel, I can only imagine how the rest of staff would have been. Glad we moved to a much better location nearby. While the hotel did make arrangements for a new hotel (least they could do), they did not even have the courtesy to hail a cab/auto for us since it was their fault. This is the least you can do for a paying customer whom you have done wrong. I won't suggest this hotel to anyone.
