Lindo hotel, habitación cómoda.

Prácticamente no tiene playa.

El personal del hotel extremadamente amable. Siempre presentes en cada detalle. Tuvimos problema con nuestro vuelo y nuestra estadía tuvo que postergarse y el hotel tuvo un gesto que nunca nadie había tenido con nosotros: nos facilitaron una habitación para poder prepararnos y ducharnos luego de un largo día (habíamos hecho el check out esa mañana). Significó muchísimo para nosotros y estamos muy agradecidos por esto. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.

Just returned from a week at the Embassy Suites. It was a fantastic vacation and we really loved this hotel! The pool area is beautiful and spacious and it never felt crowded. There was a very nice relaxed vibe at the hotel. As parents, we really liked that from every spot on the deck of the pool area we could see our kids. There were no hidden areas or multiple pools the kids could run wander off to. The beach area the hotel had was also good for this reason. The water there was calm and it was very private (while all beaches in Aruba are public the area was separated from the main beaches and we only ever saw other hotel guests). The breakfast buffet was great in the morning and we loved eating outside in view of the lovely surroundings. All of the restaurants and activities at palm beach were a ten minute walk or two minute cab ride away and we went there multiple times and really enjoyed ourselves but loved coming back to our hotel for a quieter, serene experience. Our first vacation in Aruba was amazing and we can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Third time in Aruba. First time booking this hotel. Made the decision to stay here as opposed to the other major hotel at the other end of J.E. Irausquin Blvd. due to the fact that this is newer hotel. Suite was functional and spacious. Hotel was very clean. The included breakfast was great and items served changed daily and continually stocked. Coffee was good. Also includes a Starbucks. The pool and hot tub were wonderfully large. Did not have any problem securing covered seating at the pool. Happy hour was nice. Every member of the staff treated us wonderfully, The hotel is not directly on the beach but there is a tunnel to get there. Went a little bit further down the beach due to it being nicer. Was able to take chairs. Based on the hotel's location noise level was not an issue. Easy flat walk to resturants and grocery store. Great time, highly recommend!

Recently stayed at The Embassy Suites Aruba with my wife for 5 nights. It was a last minute trip and we were able to get a very good rate thru Costco Travel. Hotel is fairly new and looks very nice. Suites were spacious and I can see they would be a good value if traveling with children. Hotel buffet breakfast was nice, and fresh. Pool was good and never seemed too crowded. Beach across the street is kind of private and while not been in very large was more than enough. Location was convenient too. We would definitely return.

We stayed at the Embassy Suites during a time where we were told they were overbooked.... Our family stayed here over New Years Eve. We thought the location was good since it was walkable to many shops and restaurants and had beach access right across the street. We thought it definitely had a family atmosphere as most guests seemed to be vacationing families. Aside from fireworks, the hotel was pretty quiet. The room was not huge, but spacious enough. Since there were 5 of us, we really appreciated the fold-out couch and large balcony (but why only 2 outdoor chairs?). The bathroom really needs a fan/vent as we had to leave the doors open when not in use. When our room was cleaned, they did a nice job. However, there were a couple days when our room wasn't cleaned at all or they only had time to take out the trash and give us new towels. The common areas were usually clean. The people were nice but they were clearly overwhlemed most days. Again, the hotel was apparently very busy but we had to check back often on things or had to wait or told they were out. We waited almost an hour one day for a pizza at the outdoor restaurant. The pool area was really nice and I liked they lawn areas. It was wasn't just a huge concrete pad. While the beach was small, it was relatively private and did have beach chairs and umbrellas. The cocktail hour was nice, even if you did have to stand in a long line for drinks. Overall, it was a nice property with an OK experience.
