HOTEL LUZ GARDEN

Fue agradable, el único detalle es que al llegar a la habitación no estaba lista y nos hicieron esperar en lo que la limpiaban.

Ótima localização, atendentes bem atenciosos e boa acomodação.

Nice hotel, very close to the train station. Room is clean. I would stay here again if I go back to Aguas Calientes

Everything from the beginning was wrong with this property. The weight looks at the front desk, the cleanliness, the staff. The hotel is extremely noisy and has a terrible sound insulation. Our room was smelly and dirty, and also was hot with no ventilation. At night the staff made noise until midnight and we couldn’t sleep. I had to come down twice to tell them to be quiet and stop the music they were playing at the front desk and in the kitchen. I had to ask for a refund and leave the hotel the very next day. Terrible experience.

Great value, nice rooms and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was also nice before we went to Machu Picchu!

Ótima opção para ficar em água calientes. Próximo a estação de trem e cinco minutos a pé do ponto de ônibus que sobe para Machu Picchu. Quarto de bom tamanho, e limpo, ótima cama e banho. Café da manhã simples, mas ok. Equipe simpática e prestativa. Recomendo

Are room was pleasant. Hot water was abondant except the van didn’t work so well so the humid walls and floors stayed like that for a long time. Our room was at the top of the stairs and we could hear everything that was happening on the main floor like they were at our door. Would hav worn ear plugs except I didn’t want to miss my 4am alarm

Excellent place, squeaky clean, super kind staff, great breakfast, hot water. Maritza was the best. I would return to this place without second thought.
