Really enjoyed my stay!

Good budget option for Aguas Calientes. The high school/sports complex is nearby, and there was an announcer that was extremely loud early in the morning that drove us nuts. Other than that it was pretty good. They stored our luggage for us while we did Machu Picchu.

Breakfast buffet was really good and beyond expectation in such a small town. Room was okay. Water was hot enough.

O hotel entrega o que promete: cama confortável e chuveiro quente, garantindo um bom descanso. No entanto, o café da manhã deixa a desejar e poderia ser melhor, especialmente considerando que muitos hóspedes precisam de uma refeição reforçada antes de enfrentar trilhas e a visita a Machu Picchu. Por outro lado, o atendimento foi bastante acolhedor, e a equipe se mostrou prestativa ao guardar nossas bagagens para que pudéssemos buscá-las mais tarde. No geral, uma estadia satisfatória, com pontos que poderiam ser aprimorados.

Hotel simples mas confortável, bem localizado e tem um café da manhã simples porém gostoso que atende as necessidades.

The property was pretty decent though - likemost of the properties in Machu Picchu Village - noisy until early in the morning. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had no vents so when you put the shower, everything will get steamy. Milo review comes from one thing right at the end of the day we had checked out and left our bags for them to hold while we went up to Machu Picchu. When we got back, they showed us a telephone picture of a barely visible yellow stain that was on one of the towels. And shirt they were implying that we had stained them somehow though they never outright stated they wanted to charge us something that’s what they implied my opinion or trying to extort money. They kept repeating the same thing about the same for like 10 minutes until we finally got tired of it. We told them the stain could’ve been there before, it could’ve been on the floor or we put it to keep herself from sliding over the steamy floor, but also no uncertain terms that we are not caused it and they finally gave up and the scam they were trying to run. This is the first time I have ever run into this at any hotel.

We booked the room because we saw such high ratings online. When we arrived, we waited 20 minutes at the reception for the receptionist to arrive. When we got the room, there was no running water. We asked to change rooms because they said it would take at least 30 minutes to fix, they said there was no rooms available, yet they show availability online. On top that, the bathroom light was flickering non- stop! Lastly, there was a lot mold in the shower! I really don't know who are providing these high reviews, maybe bots? Breakfast was ok.
