Primero no es lo que anuncian segundo cuarto inseguro el TV nunca sirvió ofrecieron asistencia la que nunca llegó

Property manager was not there when I arrived and actually never met him. I was in room D1 which I would not recommend to anybody although I don't think that would make a difference there are no windows All they are is shutters meaning that if you want sunlight to come in you have to open up the shutters but that lets in the hot air. It's very quiet during the day but at night their apartments next door and there is a common area in the middle and they party there all night long with their young kids and it's impossible to sleep. I went outside to ask them to at least keep it quiet and got a negative response if you want a good night sleep this is not the place. It was in the middle of town but the town shuts down very early very disappointed in the town and that place

The room overlook at very noise street.. The bed was horrible, the mattress has holes and dirty all over. No electric power for five hours and Bathroom windows had plastic on them. paint peeling with water damage. the room only have one open outlet. the pillows have not been washed recently. Towels were old and stained. Had I known exactly where the hotel was before I booked the room, I would have paid the extra to stay somewhere else.

The welcoming employeee wasn't so welcoming and a little rude with customers that had a long trip there. A trip of about three hours. The room was available since the very moment we arrived at the stay(9am). We were let in, exactly, at 2:10pm. Then the room had a leak, all the floor wet. Fortunately, the owner of the stay Mr. Luis Rivera, who was a gentleman, decided to refund the money and we could move to another place. Still, we were inconvenienced since we had to go at around 10pm and find another place.
