Property in overall is good, the only thing is to enforce the noise discipline policy that they make you sign. Guests from other apartments were playing loud music and talking till 2am. As far as location is right in the middle of Poblado which is good cause everything is within a 2-3 minutes walk.

We had to leave because the room had no ac but in the bedroom. The areas in the kitchen were dirty and the fridge was rusted inside and out. It looks cute from the outside but not habitable in the inside and the toilet chain was also broke. So the toilet wouldn’t flush

My wife and I throughly enjoyed the weekend at the red sunset beach club!! All personal treated us with such dignity and respect which we appreciated totally!! We have planned a return trip for the first weekend of July in advanced! Thank you all for your hospitality, God bless you all!
