Specious room, especially the kitchen and living room. Great location. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Shower and sink setting not comfortable and there not enough privacy. Lack of shower pressure. Missing shower head with hose. Not enough beds options.

The rooms are very small, there is no ventilation in the rooms, the windows do not open because the handles are broken and no one changes them. After taking a shower, everything in the toilet and in the large room is steamy, everything is wet.

Lovely staff who were always ready to help and made me feel welcome. The hotel has a nice independent cafeteria where I could easily find plenty of gluten-free and lactose-free options. The rooms were comfortable, although the mattress could have been a bit firmer for my taste. The gym is a little outdated but still good for a solid workout. The pool is nice as well, though privacy is limited because of the tall buildings surrounding it. The location is quite touristy, so everything is easy to reach by foot or Uber. As a solo female traveler visiting San Juan for the first time, it felt like a safe and convenient base to explore the city.

Very spacious apartment with nice restaurant, grab and go, and rooftop pool. Individual ACs and bathrooms in each bedroom was a nice touch. Great common area and ocean view.

Back elevator wasn’t working so had to transfer to stairs and front elevator wasn’t slow, pool towels were intermittently available, shower needed a deep clean.
