HiBird- Apartment and Suites Hotel

Hotel was in great location, clean, and very nice, we loved our stay here. Staff is super friendly and helpful too.

The only bad thing is that parking spaces and entrance is super tight!!! (streets in pr are usually like that too) so it’s understandable.

The location was good.

We had an unpleasant experience. Upon checking in, only 1 out of the 2 elevators was working, which I believe was the smaller one. We booked a 3 bedroom unit which is basically a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom unit which are connected by a door. We found the door locked when we got into the apartment and had to wait forever for someone to come unlock it. Throughout our stay, there were several false fire alarms at random hours of the day and night which were extremely disturbing. Our children woke up scared and crying in the middle of the night because of the alarms. Getting out of the parking garage is extremely difficult!! It was a very narrow exit at an angle.

Lovely staff! Very helpful. Excellent location. Didn’t get to use the beach club but will be back just for that. The only thing I didn’t like was the small table in the room. I did home office and the size of the table wasn’t comfortable to work in, a desk or bigger table would’ve been nicer. Although, the lobby was perfect for working too, I needed privacy for virtual meetings etc. and I needed to stay in my room.

No coffee in lobby till 8 or 9 am.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, plein de restaurant et boutique juste a coté. Il y a aussi la plage juste en face. Le personnel est très accueillant et a l'écoute

La clim était un peu forte dans les chambres et les parties communes

The AC was powerfully and staff was friendly.

I still don’t know if there was a gym. I couldn’t find it! In fairness, I didn’t ask. The grab and go is a great idea but no microwave to heat things up. Room didn’t have it. Late check out was not available and 10:00 is a bit early in my hotel experience. Please don’t suggest the Ruben Restaurant behind the hotel was not good. Their restaurant has no soap and the workers there were more concerned with watching tv.

Great pkace to stay easy access to everything, sraff is professional and helpful

Please fix the wood doors that make too much noise when closing them or they are too hard to open it. 😅, rest is a great stay.
