Pros : near to consulate Cons : wifi service, no sulight exposure in room

Staff were polite and helpful. They accommodated my request for a late checkout, at a reasonable price. The location of the property is excellent. It's about a 10 min walk to the US Consulate and has good food options within walking distances. Overall the stay was good.

A waste of a hotel! The cost is high, rooms are dirty, with insects and basically a very bad hotel. This room is worth 2-3k only. NOT RECOMMENDED. Staffs were OK, but room quality, the pub they have is very bad. Expensive and bad... They gave only 1 pillow, and I had to call two times to get another one. A soda costs 100 Rs!! It's theft on another level!

Nice hotel, helpful friendly staff, good breakfast, variety of food available on evening menu all in all a nice place to stay.

Nice property, breakfast is ok. However they served me food with a place that was broken on one side. Hope they take care of this issue

It’s not even worth of half price. Rooms are dirty and no professional service at all. Untrained local people working and maintaining the hotel.

This property’s hot water system did not work in a rainy weather and we had to take a cold shower even in the super cool climate and not much of a good service. Room was clean and great. Hotel environments are also nice except the service and water.

The room was well furnished, modern with good ambience. Our stay could have been better if the staff were more responsive to our requests and needs. We had no hot water in the shower and wi-fi on the first day and despite calling the reception twice to raise the issue, no one came to help even though I was told that they would send someone up to attend to us. I waited till 11.30 pm and decided to go to bed. It was only when I raised my voice on the second day about their service attitude and the inconvenience they had caused us, they scrambled to send people to resolve the issue. The funny part was, the service crew member who came to resolve the water heater issue made it look like as if I didn't know how to turn the valve for hot water. When I told him that was not the case, he had other excuses. The next morning, we had no more hot water in the shower. But since we were checking out, we didn't bother raising the issue again. Once is enough.

Convenient and close to the embassy. Wifi was not properly working.

The bathroom was not clean, the water was not draining, and there were no bath towels, even though we called for them twice. We did not receive a proper response from the staff.
