The staff were amazing

The pool was broken which was the whole reason I booked a villa No compensation was offered. Only an opportunity to Change properties which we did not want to do for our children only day left there

Everything was great, the way we imagined. Its a small property so well under control by the management.

The bed was comfy

Well where do I start!! We checked in at 5:30pm to not have any water for a while. There was mould all in the bathrooms The soap dispensers where filthy and had a really bad odour as did the water in general bad sewage smell. The pool pump looked like it hadn’t been on for a long time, was murky wasn’t game to get in it. Waited 1.5 hours for breakfast which was included in price and couldn’t even eat it.

The staff were super friendly and nice. There is a villa butler standing by who you can reach easily through whatsapp. They will provide you with everything you need. Their candlelight dinner option is truly amazing and romantic. If you want to go out and do some activities, go to the beach or even an entire day tour, they have a driver on standby to drop you off or to drive you around for the day. Their driver, Komang, really helped us a lot with our trip planning and suggesting some nice places to visit. 10 out of 10 experience! Keep up the good work and we certainly will be back

Only downside is that the villa is near a busy road so you'll hear the noise coming from the road day and night. But it was easy to get used to and didn't bother us too much
