Underwhelming at best, should not advertise “breakfast included”

Fridge too small, very noisy location, bathrooms not very clean, shower head sprayed water all over the toilet, got charged for an ice bucket full of ice - cause fridge too small Overall disappointed

Located in main street which can be convenient if you drive. Near sanur beach with car. Facilities are as pictured albeit old. But TV, ACs, and sound system were good. In house massage were excellent. Staff helped me to keep my lost item for a few days until I was able to pick it up again. Thank you!

Because it’s located in the main street and the house is not properly sound proofed, you can hear the car noise all night long. Bad for light sleeper like myself. Also because of some gaps in the windows/ doors, there are a lot of mosquitos. The properly did not have electric repellent which can be easily bought in nearby supermarket. Bedsheets were also stained.

The villa was beautiful and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond for us. It was a great experience

It would have been even better if it was a little closer to the main strip but even a little map given out to walk to the beach would have been handy.

The staff were exceptional nothing was too much trouble. It was spacious but in need of some TLC

Our villa was close to the road so a little noisy. There were a few things that would have made life easier like full set of cutlery the ability to wash and dry dishes ( there was a sink but only cold water and no cloth or teatowell. The villa a little run down which was disappointing

Gorgeous villa with very comfortable bed and linen, great shower, amazing clean pool and lounge chairs. The staff were incredible. So friendly, helpful and lovely. They organised a scooter hire, as well as in villa massages for us

On a main road so it has some traffic noise. The breakfast is $6 extra if you’d like to have in room and its wrapped in glad wrap so i would suggest eating in the restaurant (good food just a bit soggy in room)
