HOTEL LUCA

Perfect location for exploring Roma Norte and La Condesa. It’s a quiet neighborhood. We loved the park across the street from the hotel.

The included breakfast was great. The shower had great water pressure and hot water. The room was clean, and the location was excellent.

Our room on the first floor had an odd situation with the blinds that did not cover the entire windows, allowing a lot of light into the room. That, coupled with street noise and the coffee shop below opening early, made for many poor nights of sleep. The blinds are a factor entirely in control of the hotel, but they seemed unmotivated to address it. Another unaddressed issue is that the toilet seat does not stay up on its own, requiring it to be held up awkwardly while urinating (pretty gross). Despite mentioning this easily resolvable issue, it was also ignored. It is disappointing that this hotel is represented at being significantly discounted on your site, which sets an expectation of the quality being better than in is. This is an average 3-star hotel with limited services (no lobby or amenities and staff that seem disinterested in the guests)

This property is centrally located. Close to many cafes, bars and restaurants. Located in a very walkable area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Room service made sure that the room was in very good condition every day. The bathroom had a few spots of non-professional touches (paint on the bottom edges) but did not detract much. Complementary wine bottle on the first day was a good touch. Breakfast was excellent and service great.

This was my first time in Mexico City and Hotel Luca was amazing! It is located in Roma Norte, a very safe and fun spot to be. Very walkable and some of the most amazing restaurants were barely three blocks away from the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable. Bed and linens were comfortable. We had air conditioning, housekeeping gave us fresh towels daily. The best thing about this hotel was the complimentary free breakfast that is available 7:30-noon. It is located on the top terrace so every morning we were greeted with friendly staff and fresh squeeze orange juice and brewed coffee. We had a platter of fresh fruits, pastries and had a choice of omelette, pancakes or chilaquiles. Staff was so accommodating. Was so easy to Uber to different places around the city. This was seriously the perfect hotel, especially for a first time visitor!! Highly recommend!

Had a great stay here! The location is ideal and there is so many good restaurants in walkable distance. The cafe downstairs has some really fantastic coffee too. Room was cleaned thoroughly and reliably every day. The king size bed was very comfortable. 3rd floor park view with a balcony was lovely to sit there in the morning. Always saw friendly staff at the front desk and easy access to rooms, check in, and check out. I’m glad I did my research to find you. Thank you!

I cannot express how helpful the hotel staff were . Our first day there, I needed a vase for some flowers. The hotel manager knocked on my door and brought a vase. The morning complimentary breakfast was hearty and delicious. Thank you Johavany! The hotel location was great. The hotel cleanliness was superb. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely return!
