HOTEL LUCA

Such a cute boutique hotel and perfect area . Concierge staff were nice and welcoming.

The location in Roma was great. The rooftop breakfast was pleasant.

Disliked · Rooms were very sparsely decorated. Bathroom had a fan that was extremely loud. Balcony was extremely narrow with just one chair on it. But the worst part was that the housekeeping staff here doesn't respect guest privacy at all. Despite it being early in the morning, and us yelling no housekeeping when we heard them outside the door, they ignored us and tried to enter the room anyway. It was such an intrusion of privacy and so disruptive to what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. And when we tried to inform the front desk, there was no accountability or responsibility. When we actually left the hotel for the day, we came back to find our room in the exact same condition - they didn't even send housekeeping back once we were actually out of the room. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or attention to detail here.

Excellent location and wonderful hotel. The rooms are modern and spacious and staff accommodating. Breakfast is fabulous served overlooking the city. One of my favorite international stays. There’s a cool coffee shop on the ground. A perfect block next to a charming block from which to explore

I loved the location this hotel was, very convenient. The free daily breakfast was great. The room was big and spacious. The only bad thing about this hotel was its a bit noisy. Also, it has very big windows and the curtains have gaps. I had to use a hair clip to close the gaps better. If you are a light sleeper come prepare with an eye mask and ear plugs. I would recommend this hotel because of the location and the free daily breakfast.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a gorgeous area. Very helpful and friendly staff. The dining at the front of the hotel was delicious 😋. I would definitely come back.

Location and service were excellent! Breakfast was delicious! Would definitely recommend and return to this location. 24 hour security is also offered. Room was very clean and spacious and had all the needed amenities. Thank you Hotel Luca and staff.

It was wonderful. We loved the balcony overlooking the park. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice safe location in front of dog friendly park. There is a nice coffee shop downstairs. Plenty of nice places to eat, cafes, groceries, and banking within a short walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious and had an option to buy from a menu. The breakfast terrace had inside and outside tables. The goodbye pumpkin flower ice-cream bars were delicious. Room was spacious and cool. The cool fan gets a little to get useto. The mini fridge is stocked each day with a few drinks. I borrowed an iron from reception. No iron board. Best to iron before coming. I highly recommend this place.

Outstanding stay for us, our room was very clean and the location was ideal. The Roma Norte neighborhood is lovely with lots of great food options. We will stay here again when we come back and certainly suggest this hotel to our friends and family.

We loved pretty much everything about the hotel Luca. We had a room that looked out onto the street on the second floor and it was just perfect. We got to do some people watching and there was a park across the street that we really enjoyed. The beds were comfortable. The room was very nice and they have a mini bar that they keep stocked for no charge. They also have a fabulous rooftop restaurant where they serve breakfast every day and it’s a full American breakfast and it’s included in your price. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The hotel is close to everything. There were so many good restaurants in the neighbourhood and lots of parks and the tree line streets are beautiful. The check-in was very good. The front desk people are very nice and helpful. The only thing we would change is they need to have dimmer switches on the bathroom light and in the main room, the lights were very bright too bright so we took some of the lightbulbs out lol we put them back in at the end. I highly recommend Hotel Luca.
