Well what to say about this team. They are really amazing one. Starts from the Guard, till the GM. Everyone is just outstanding. Mr. Ganesham,Archie, Sakshi, Sameer, Sriniwas, endless names Every single person is so dedicatedly attend the Guests. Overwhelmed with Services and the way they care for Guest. Kudos to whole Team. Everything I didn't like. The rooms are very small, never recommended.

They have put misleading photo rooms are too small also very dirty

Everything was bad we regret booming this hotel

Not the standard you expect from a Marriott hotel. From the time you check-in, till you check out; it's a rat race. You feel like you're in a Railway station lobby and not a 4 star hotel. Your check in time is 3 pm, but please be prepared to wait for good 40 mins to 1 hour or sometimes even longer to get your room. If you question why rooms are assigned so late, they'll dismiss it saying they're full house and guests have not checked out yet. I had placed a request 4 days in prior for room decoration and a cake which they failed to deliver miserably at. So do not, I REPEAT DO NOT rely on this property staff to arrange something for your special occasions because they'll fail at it and you'll end up ruining your special day. Let me not get started on the Kava restaurant, the queue for breakfast is never ending. So do not plan any outings for morning because you'll end up missing it and not having breakfast on time too. A hotel full of staff who have the worst time management and people management and to top it all they will gaslight you and leave you in constant irritated mode to even deliver the basics. Not something one wants on a vacation. You end up agitated than getting relaxed. Skip this property and opt for Anjuna or Benaulim property instead. Both those properties have much better service. Youll see many such reviews like mine. Please skip this property completely and avoid ruining your relaxation and vacation time. I regret opting to stay here. Shoutout to Mansi - the Manager here for being absolutely useless and doing lil to no justice to her job. The team's lack of hospitality, empathy, discipline is both the Manager and the Management's responsibility.
