Had an amazing stay at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Calangute with my family. Overall experience was truly memorable and comfortable. The check-in experience was smooth and special thanks to Riddhi from Front Office for the warm welcome and the lovely congratulation cake arranged in the room for my recognition. A big appreciation to the Housekeeping team, especially Pranita, for the excellent daily room service. Every time we returned, the room was perfectly clean and well maintained. Special thanks to Bilal, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, who personally met me during checkout to take feedback. Thank you to the entire HK team for the outstanding hospitality and service. Kawa Restaurant served amazing food with a great variety of delicious dishes. Special mention to Chef Provesh — a truly mind-blowing chef and a wonderful person. He personally interacted with us every day, took special care of our preferences, and made us feel at home with his hospitality and food taste. One moment which truly touched my heart was during breakfast at Kawa when I was alone without my wife and son. Chef Provesh personally came to ask about them and, without even knowing us personally, arranged sandwiches and cold coffee packed for takeaway to the room. He mentioned, “I don’t want my single guest to miss breakfast,” which was truly a wow moment for me. Such gestures make guests feel valued and cared for. Also thanks to Monalisa and the entire Kawa team for being so professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, our stay experience was wonderful and memorable. We will surely return soon and highly recommend others to stay here. Once again, heartfelt thanks to each and every team member for making our family stay so special and memorable.
