Well located flat

Good location for all the town's facilities. Clean, comfortable and adequately equipped.

Sorry to say, but the entrance and landing leads to the apartment badly lets down the property. This may not be the fault of the owner, but it's dirty, scruffy and the carpet needs to be condemned.

The room was really nice with traditional furniture and good quality kitchen implements. The room was very clean and comfortable, the TV had loads of channels.

The outside of the building was covered with scaffolding, and the common areas were very dirty from the builders accessing the scaffolding through the window. We were not informed that the building was under renovation before our stay, if so we would probably have booked elsewhere. The bed is comfortable, but very small.

Tastefully designed. With more than expected amenities. Attention to minor details and providing everything one could far imagine... With amazing add ons like alexa eco dot, vintage board games. Equipped and well organized kitchen... The list may go on... We have travelled many places and always prefer home stays... But this one has truly impressed us...

We liked the location. The apartment is in the heart of Nailsworth and so it was very convenient for shops and restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air-con was a godsend.

A little disingenuous with stating the property has parking. The property itself has no parking but there is free parking around the village. We did have to move the car several times during our stay to make sure we didn’t get a ticket though.

Good communication from David who was very helpful with instructions, and kindly changed the feather duvet (as I’m allergic). Very comfortable bed. Excellent wet room. Compact kitchenette with useful appliances and a good stock of utensils. Handy central location - you can get on several walks around without having to get in the car.

This is not a negative as such but it’s worth bearing in mind that this is a studio, so not necessarily good for a long stay. Perfect for a long weekend, though.
