LR Guest House

When our AirB&B cancelled us at the last minute we looked on Booking.com and found LR Guest House with a room available. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and even had our room upgraded. Sadly we were only able to stay one night but our stay was beyond expectations. Great location, wonderful room, they had thought of everything in terms of what was offered and the team were amazing. Great breakfast the next morning before we left. Would highly recommend.

Best hotel we’ve stayed in and in have been fortunate to travel for 2 years straight and this surpasses anything we’ve stayed at. David, Antonio, Cristina are a credit to the whole of Portugal let alone this hotel. Unbelievable service from the moment we came to the hotel until we left. If you want to experience a wonderful hotel, great location, superb staff and feel like you are at home this is the place to stay. We will be coming back next year for sure. Thank you for everything. A lovely friendly place

The staff were brilliant particulary Christina who did a great breakfast and was very helpful in general. We would highly recommend it as a place to stay and location is perfect.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast was personally prepared for each guest, the beds were very comfortable, and the attention to detail was outstanding. The location was also excellent. Highly recommended.

Great location, loved the common sitting area with refreshments and shared local liquor for a pleasant night cap. David was an amazing host, providing guidance, so pleasant to chat with and checking up on us to make sure we didn’t get lost! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful, including an assortment of fresh baked pastry’s and eggs to order and so much more.
