Great location and good value for the price. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The breakfast was cold. However, it was free and quite complete, so I can't complain—I liked it.

First, let me start with that the staff was super friendly and helpful. Since I arrived in the dead of night, I really enjoyed a cup of tea with the night shift reception people. Manager of the hotel was super helpful with taxi and shuttle to airport booking. Hotel itself is more for people that want to experience immersive feeling, since the stone hotel is very authentic, in the middle of the old town, in one of the small streets across the road from the Bazaar. Location is absolutely fabulous, since you are ten minutes walk from the archaeological museum (from where buses to Gobekli Tepe start as well) just across the street from the park with the sacred pond, central mosque, Bazaar and the fortress. Btw, breakfast on the stone roof overlooking Sanliurfa is experience in itself.

For newby travelers to Middle East, bathrooms might be slightly underwhelming, but compared to a lot of places, it was great.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in the old town, right next to the Baazar, and the breakfast was huge and delicious. If I return to Urfa, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Great location close to the bazaar and the fish pool tea garden, friendly staff, peaceful roof terrace where you can sit and relax, when you sit up there often someone will bring you a tea. It's not the most luxurious hotel in the area but very good for the price. Big, filling breakfast with a lot of variety was included in price.

Great location in the old town and very close to the bazaar, restaurants and other sights. The hotel is a lovely old extended house with a courtyard, and my room was a good size (if pretty basic and a bit tired) with an excellent shower. The biggest surprise was the amazing breakfast, served up on the terrace in the morning sun. Delicious and far too much for one person! The hotel manager was very helpful, and spoke good English (the only member of staff who did)

A lot of the rooms - and the breakfast area - involve some steep steps, so just to be aware for those with mobility issues.

Konumu çok iyiydi, hemen Balıklıgöle yakın. Ancak duşa kabin temiz değildi, oda içi duvarlarının badanası temas edildiğinde bulaşıyordu. Oteli biraz zor bulduk. Kahvaltı çok vasattı.
