Kaya Villas Exclusive

Excellent séjour à Kaya Villa. Un petit havre de paix au milieu de la chaleur de l'été turc. Appartement spacieux, bien aménagé et joliment décoré. Climatisation douce. Vaste jardin ombragé et très bien entretenu. Grande piscine. Personnel au petits soins. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, servi par une équipe très sympa. Restaurant très agréable pour déjeuner et dîner à 100 mètres de l'hôtel.

- No privacy : we were sitting suddenly a man decided to enter to fix the swimming pool , though the door was locked. - no room service - no food on premises - no proper hospitality; they count everything, they wanted to charge us for a small towel that got some sand on as it fell on the floor after the pool.

Prachtige verblijf, zwembad en ontbijt hebben wij positief ervaren. Het personeel (schoonmaakster, chef en barmannen) hebben ons met open armen ontvangen en met alles vriendelijk behandeld.

Helaas hebben wij een negatieve ervaring gehad met de communicatie tussen het personeel en de manager. Tijdens ons verblijf waren wij getuige van een scheldpartij van de manager richting het personeel. Wij hebben de manager hierop aangesproken, maar dit heeft helaas veel negatieve gevoelens bij ons achtergelaten. Om deze reden kunnen en zullen wij anderen niet adviseren om dit hotel te boeken. Omdat de kamers niet dagelijks worden schoongemaakt, adviseren wij u om standaard een stofzuiger, strijkijzer en strijktafel beschikbaar te stellen.

Очень красивая и уютная территория. В номере тоже очень красиво, просторно, уютно и все качественно сделано. Есть русскоговорящий администратор, большая парковка для авто. Хороший бар на территории с общительным барменом. Рядом отличный мясной ресторан по приемлемым ценам.

Пешком комфортно можно дойти только до ближайшего ресторана. Да и вообще территория вокруг не располагает к прогулкам. Завтрак турецкий неплохой, но продукты могли бы быть покачественнее и поразнообразнее.

Amazing staff, Tatiana is a charming lady, explained everything to us, was very welcoming and helpful! The villa we stayed in had its own pool, was very private, air conditioning was powerful though it was very hot outside. Just 2 minutes walking from the villa there is a great Turkish restaurant Cin Bal, really recommend it!

There was no cleaning however we stayed 2 nights. I would suggest if not full cleaning of the room once a day but just a minor cleaning (laying out towels, arranging bathroom accessories)

We ended our trip with a short stay at Kaya Villas Exclusive, and it was the perfect way to wrap things up. The territory is clean and well-maintained, with a shared pool available for guests. Our villa had everything we needed: two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and high-quality toiletries in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the inverter AC units were quiet and efficient — ideal for a restful stay. Although this is not a traditional hotel but rather a complex of several villas, they serve breakfast in a traditional Turkish style, which was a pleasant surprise. A peaceful and relaxing place — highly recommended!

It would be helpful to have dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent provided in the villa.

The property and the facilities, it's wonderful location and beautiful surroundings is everything and is trully unique. We have choosen this place for holidays for 3 years in a row. I could definitely admit that the ambience at this place is unique. It was, actually, but not any longer. The team has changed. There is now a new manager, I dont even know her name - she did not find it necessary to introduce herself to the guests before communication. She was quite annoying with texting me, voice-messaging me even before arrival - she tried to make me arrive earlier than I advice her I would (and it was within the check-in hours). We actually did arrive earlier following her request, but she had already left her office upon our arrival at 21. The next question was that I should send her my credit card details in a private message chat so that she can withdraw a deposit for living. That's interesting. I'm not personally against charging deposits. However, I would expect it to be a transparent issue, for example, being stated in advance in a booking policy. Not a what's up message from someone I never heard from before. It's a hotel's right to charge a deposit, and my right as a customer to agree or not agree to it at the moment of booking, not after I have booked and paid for all the nights. The next morning at the hotel she greeted us with the words, hey guys, I need to take from you a deposit. As a first thing in the morning, we would expect from a hotel manager simple questions on how the stay is going, if everything is fine, but not the declaration of extra charges at the first sight. All of this is totally dissappointing. We would expect a more delicate and client-oriented approach from a manager. Being tactful, and respect the rights, boundaries and privacy of a customer. Hospitality is more than just charging money for a stay. In addition to these episodes, we were dissatisfied with the room.
