The space was very clean and welcoming. The room was spotless and the 24 hour market was a life saver coming in late! I will definitely be back!

Have stayed 4 times over three years and it’s always excellent. Friendly staff and spotlessly clean. Well equipped gym. The body wash and shampoo are clearly marked vegan and there are vegan options in the restaurant. Room is very comfortable. Hard to find fault. The benches outside the hotel that face the concrete wall baffle me - but that’s not a hotel issue!

I love everything about this hotel from the hospitality and warmth of its staff to how this hotel was at the center of everything in downtown.

We recently stated at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City for a conference work trip. We were beyond impressed with the property - from the modern clean rooms with beautiful views, to the large gym and pool, to the restaurants, coffee shop and lobby bar, to the friendly helpful staff and finally to the location overall. This was the ideal spot for a conference at the attached conference center and would highly recommend anyone looking for a hotel in downtown SLC. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall very good experience. Staff highly motivated to serve guests. Although I would book this hotel again, note that restaurant offerings are rather bland and Regency Lounge was comfortable but food never rotated. Housekeeping made significant error that was rectified rapidly when notified.

Every moment was great. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was amazing. I loved the pool as well. One of the best hotel stays ive ever had. Truly
