Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City

Overall the hotel staff, amenities and restaurants exceeded my expectations. Everyone made the stay very enjoyable.

The location and equipment are excellent.

It’s would be better if the service in restaurants are more customer oriented.

Bad communication with booking I reserve 3 nights. And hotel only had 2 nights we wait in the lobby more then 3 hours for a solution we where tired after a long flight. They fixed yes but still need to work on that part

This Hyatt had the sweetest staff. It is super clean. Everything is easy to access. I wish the big restaurant on the lobby level were better, but the hotel itself was great!

Only the Salt restaurant. The staff was good, but the food was sadly lacking compared to the other food establishments. The 6th-floor restaurant was fantastic!
