"very friendly and comfortable"

10.0

very friendly and super close to the beach

WiFi and hot water could’ve been better but we realize that’s the way it is in most places in Mexico

It is a cute boutique hotel im downtown Sayulita within walking distance from the beach.

As it is right in the centre, it comes with some inconveniences: the traffic is hellish, lack of on-site parking and it can get a bit noisy.

"Not for everyone. . ."

6.0

The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We also had the room with the Palapa Terrace overlooking the street, which was much brighter than the room first offered (had close up view of a drainage ditch). So it was nice to have somewhere to sit other than the bed. also good for people watching.

It’s hard to separate the accommodation from its challenging location. The upside of this location is that you are a block to the main plaza and it level ground (no climbing hills, which is common in Sayulita). The downside of this location, is you are in the middle of downtown Sayulita, which is crazy noisy 24 hours a day and packed with car traffic and pedestrian traffic. The smell of diesel and exhaust fumes is unfortunately constant. If I were to recommend this location, it would be to young 20-somethings who don’t plan on sleeping for the entirety of their trip (even w earplugs).
