Pool was fantastic

location is very convenient. all staff is very friendly and helped with all our requests.

Room 9, where we stayed for 5 nights was not what we expected - the mattress was very old and soft, there was no division between the shower and toilet and it was not well ventilated, so it got very muggy. For the last 2 nights the staff moved us to room 2, which was much more pleasant - spacious, airy and with a king size mattress that felt so much better than the first one. The bathroom was also more spacious and had a division for the shower. it is in the city center, so it is noisy until late in the night.

The noise from the surrounding area. We love music but there was some loud techno beat stuff that went on and on until 3 AM, making it very hard to sleep through it.

It's a funky place, cool design, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, comfy. With a small kitchen, fridge, bottled water, nice shower.

Loud music in the town kept us awake for hours, until about 3 in the morning. Very unfortunate. A couple more pillows would have been nice.

The location was so convenient, right in the middle of the action. During the day it was so nice, you walk off the busy street into a secret garden pool area surrounded by the bungalow rooms. Very lovely and beautifully Mexican.

The only problem was at night the nearby nightclub gets going and there’s a very loud bass thumping until past 3 am! This was a huge problem for us. we have small kids and wake up early. We requested to check out early because of this and the hotel agreed to refund us which was nice. But actually getting the refund was a huge headache. I recommend the hotel finds a way to sound proof the rooms a little better to deal with this noise issue.
