US1. Getting to go to a cenote. 2. Roof top dining and swimming. 3. Servers were attentive. 4. The hotel was all-inclusive with the option purchased. The food being readily available helped.
Uncomfortable bed. Ill-equipped room. No-frills hotel. Severe communication barrier - staff didn't speak English and we had to communicate with difficulty over translator apps. Toilet was not functioning when we arrived. Limited food choices. Difficult entrance to the hotel driveway and difficult parking. Limited parking. Too many things were below acceptability. Interacting with the reluctant employees was like trying to work through red tape. For example, the employees would not book the cenote trip and tried telling us we could not go as the booking needed to be made 1 day in advance. It turned out to be just foot-dragging as one of teceptionists was able to make the booking on a whim for the same day, starting conveniently in 2 hours.
ESEl rooftop del hotel es precioso, se ve un atardecer maravilloso desde allí, y es muy cómodo con camas para tomar el sol. La parte del restaurante es muy bonita y el staff del restaurante es muy amable. Es muy práctico porque alquilan bicicletas y queda muy cerca de las ruinas de Tulum. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y cómodas.
La gente de la recepción es muy apática y poco amable. Tuvimos problemas con ellos pero nos ofrecieron una compensación al día siguiente porque se lo pedimos. La comida del hotel es de muy mala calidad, el desayuno es más o menos aceptable pero la cena era incomible (ej: pasta con nata y azúcar). El hotel a parte de ser muy bonito queda muy lejos del centro de Tulum, a unos 40 min a pie, caminando por una carretera federal.

La habitación no se correspondía co. Los servicios ofertadas en Booking.com (no disponía de microondas). La cisterna no funcionaba con normalidad. Comunicamos todo esto en recepción y tardaron más de dos horas en ofrecernos una alternativa: habitación inferior al mismo precio. La habitación tenia poca luz y poca insonorizacion. La experiencia fue decepcionante.

The staff is not bothered at all. No hello, no goodbye, nothing, not a head up. Also, if you don’t have a gps, you will miss the hotel! No sign, the road is chaotic and the first view of the hotel from outside looks abandoned!

AUThe rooms were spacious, and the location is close to the Tulum Ruins and beach area.If you are using the hotel as a place to sleep but spending your days out at tours or exploring it works out well and cost effective
It is not a hotel where you can spend time at the facilities and relax comfortably for a few days, as most areas are tired and require maintenance. The food is also always cold and somewhat repetitive. They also had an issue with their linen service and we were left without towels for showering or the pool for half the stay. We actually found somewhere else and left early due to this.
USFood was not the best choice. Location was OK, we drove a jeep, so it was not big deal, but hard to locate hotel itself.
All inclusive was not like all other all inclusive I see. Choice of only 5-6 buffet Mexican style items and some juice mixed with water are not best all inclusive options. Bar cocktail is not what you usually get in Real All inclusive hotels. You usual drinks are not teasted what they should be. Teast different. I have tried pure vodka made in Mexico at the bar and let me tell you- that is not the vodka at all! Yes it was alcohol, but not vodka! Constant repairs at the dining area are very noisy. This hotel must be 1 star hotel at best. Rooms were comfy. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. If I go with my family to Tulum again, I will choose entire villa rental for 7 days and food from local restaurants and all together it will cost me less compare all inclusive package with all limitations in this hotel, plus food will be much better choice as well the bars would have better drinks. Don't get me wrong, food was fresh, but choices were so limited. That all inclusive plan should be - breakfast included. That all. We had great time in Tulum. We choose to eat at restaurants , their food choices are incomparable to the hotel. We discovered lots of interesting places. So all in all our vacation was not ruined by the hotel and its food and drinks. Probably for local people this hotel is good choice of food and relaxation, but it was not the type of our liking.
